● Respond to communication and approvals in a timely manner.
● Ensure that all provided content (text, images, videos) is owned or properly licensed. - Payments
●All fees are clearly defined in your project proposal or invoice. - Payments must be made on the agreed schedule.This may include an upfront deposit, milestone payments, or a subscription-based plan.Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or temporary service suspension.
- Revisions & Support
● Projects typically include a defined number of revisions (as per proposal).
● Post-launch support is provided based on the agreed service package. - Intellectual Property
● Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and code (excluding third-party
tools, plugins, or stock media) transfers to the client.
● Digilanc reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio. - Limitation of Liability
Digilanc shall not be held liable for:
● Losses arising from website downtime, third-party issues, or misuse.
● Damages caused by cyberattacks, viruses, or unauthorized access.
● Client misuse of the website or failure to maintain it. - Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding balances must be paid
before project files are handed over. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (or your applicable jurisdiction).
